He leads the Andrew Smith Law Group, LLC, focusing on Mediation and Arbitration in the areas of Commercial, Construction, Real Estate, Business, Employment, Licensing, Technology, Contracts, Employment Discrimination, and other civil matters. He is an Arbitrator serving on the AAA Consumer Arbitration Panel. Mr. Smith also works with clients in the areas of Corporate Strategy & Business Development, Trust Building, Compliance, and Leadership. His legal background includes Business, Commercial, and Technology Counsel with Axiom Global supporting numerous clients, including Unilever, Goldman Sachs, Clear Point Technologies, and Marriott Hotels.

Mr. Smith's Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) leadership includes Past Chair, New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) Dispute Resolution Section; Executive Board Member, Garibaldi Inn of Court; and Past President¸ New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators (NJAPM), where he directed New Jersey’s largest organization dedicated to resolving disputes through mediation. NJAPM Membership included over 300 attorneys, psychologists, CPAs, engineers, and business leaders.  Mr. Smith is an instructor in New Jersey State Bar Association 40 Hour Dispute Resolution Course.  

Mr. Smith received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, Master of Finance from St. Louis University, MBA from Lindenwood University, and BS in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology (formerly University of Missouri – Rolla). Mr. Smith has a Mini-MBA International Business from George Washington University and completed a Management Development Program at The University of Tennessee College of Business Administration.
